TO: All Members, Friends, Allies and Supporters of MCC San Antonio
FROM: Board of Servants RE: Wearing of Masks The CDC has issued new guidelines as of May 13, 2021, that allow for all those who have been fully vaccinated to no longer be required to wear face masks while in most indoor and outdoor settings. While this guideline is good news, it only applies to those who have received their full vaccinations and have waited the necessary two weeks afterwards. As part of our ongoing commitment to the health and well-being of our church family, we will continue to require that all those attending Worship Service(s) at MCCSA must wear masks while in the building. In addition, we will continue requiring the taking of temperatures and the use of hand sanitizer. As part of our responsibility, we will also continue to sanitize all surfaces with disinfectant prior to and following each Service. We believe that these precautions are necessary and advisable as long as the possibility of infection remains. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 data information in San Antonio. While those numbers have decreased, they have not disappeared. We plan to re-visit our policies as these numbers change, prayerfully for the better. As always, thank you for keeping us in your prayers as we work together to do the work that God has called us to do. A gradual re-opening of MCCSA.The month of May is being celebrated as WELCOME HOME! Come and celebrate our church re-opening. There will be limited seating due to COVID restrictions.
